Family Life Pastor – Chesterfield, MO - West County A/G is searching for a full-time Family Life Pastor (FLP) to lead our next generation ministries. The primary role of the FLP is to shepherd families by developing strategies and cultivating environments that lead younger generations (primarily birth to Young Adult) to know, love, and follow Christ. The FLP actively partners with, equips, and supports parents/guardians as the primary spiritual influence in the lives of their children. The FLP is also responsible for recruiting, developing, and equipping a strong base of leaders and volunteers to plan, promote, and execute an effective discipleship strategy to serve families.
