The Associate & Young Adults Pastor is a relational, organized leader who supports the overall ministry and growth of The Bridge while providing direct leadership to our Young Adults ministry. This role works closely with church leadership to help people connect, grow, and become actively involved in the life of the church.

Responsibilities include overseeing assimilation and discipleship pathways, small groups, pastoral care, occasional preaching and teaching, church operations, and supporting church-wide initiatives. This position also provides leadership and oversight for the Young Adults ministry, including weekly gatherings, small groups, special events, campus outreach, Adopt-A-Bearcat, internships, and other opportunities to build community and disciple college students and young professionals.

The ideal candidate has a strong relationship with Jesus, a heart for people and discipleship, and the ability to lead both ministry and organizational responsibilities well. This role requires someone who is collaborative, dependable, relational, and passionate about helping people take their next steps in faith and become connected to the church family.

Family Life Pastor – Chesterfield, MO - West County A/G is searching for a full-time Family Life Pastor (FLP) to lead our next generation ministries.
