Hello GM Leaders, Coordinators, and Pastors!

I hope this finds you all enjoying Spring weather and getting ready for this Easter season. I am excited to say its retreat time again!! I can't wait to see what God has in store for us this year. Here you will find the retreat packet with all the important information. Please review carefully; and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me.

A few things to note:

Online Background Check Forms

Please have your 18 and older attendees complete their background checks by May 1st. Any adult without a completed and approved background check will not be allowed to attend the retreat.

If your church doesn’t currently participate in a weekly GM program, please don’t let that stop you from bringing girls to retreat. This will be an excellent opportunity for them to have a fun God-filled weekend with other girls their same age.

We will not be doing a poster contest this year. Instead, I would love each church to create a short presentation on missions. This could be a specific missionary your church or ministry supports. It could also just be ideas on how you have raised money for missions at your church to support Coins for Kids. This will be a great way for other churches to get ideas and hopefully take them back and share them with other groups!

On Friday night after service, we will be having a Hawaiian Luau after party. So, make sure your girls are aware to come decked out in their best Hawaiian wear!!
