Pastor Robert, Executive Pastor at First Assembly Church, has been a dynamic leader in the corporate and church world for 15 years and has a passion to help others develop leadership skills needed to be successful. This session will be called Leading in the Moment and will focus on situational leadership, perception, and influence. Robert will bring his experience and knowledge to address the diverse situations pastors encounter in their roles as spiritual leaders, counselors, administrators, and community influencers.

Rev. Joseph, NOMOAG Business Administrator and Director of Networking, will give a brief overview of AI, highlighting some of the benefits and cautions for ministry use. As a student of both culture and ecclesiology with nearly two decades of ministry experience, Joseph will bring a balanced and careful assessment of the tools and resources available to pastors and church staff to help distill AI into something useful and beneficial.

Pasto Isaiah, Lead Pastor of Nelsonville Assembly, will be talking about the idea of digital intentionality. Combining both a pastoral perspective and over 15 years of work in IT consulting, Isaiah will help you consider carefully how you can use technology efficiently and how to minimize distractions in an ever-changing landscape of social media.

Melia, NOMOAG Director of Communications, has put together an informative and motivating presentation tailored to ministers on how you can better leverage your online presence by using Canva and why your church’s online presence matters.
